DESIGN MODIFICATION NOTICE (BOTH VERSIONS) due to popular request, both barbecues no longer have a cooking area composed of 50% solid griddle and 50% open grill. The cooking area is now 100% grill. Please, therefore, take this in to account when viewing the product images

304 STAINLESS STEEL all silver metal components are made from the highest grade (heavy gauge) 304 stainless steel for optimum durability and hygiene. This includes the handles and control knobs; no corners have been cut with the usage of stainless steel in manufacturer (other barbecues of its type use chrome-plated steel for small fittings, making them susceptible to rust)
MINIMUM ASSEMBLY REQUIRED each barbecue is delivered part assembled, so only minimum fitting is required
LOCKABLE CASTOR WHEELS the integral castor wheels make the barbecues surprisingly mobile for their weight. The fact they are lockable will also prevent it from running away from you !
ROASTING HOOD WITH TEMPERATURE GAUGE the heavy (double-skinned) roasting hood allows large joints of meat to be slow-cooked and/or smoked for a great taste. The integral temperature gauge allows total control of the temperature within the hood. No excuses for burnt food !!
CAST IRON GRILLS large grill area composed of removable cast iron sections to allow for cleaning
FLAMER TAMER SYSTEM WITH FAT EXTRACTION FUNNEL the burner system uses flamer tamer plates to cook the food, meaning that these barbecues do not use unclean lava rocks, and the chance of a flare-up is significantly reduced. These hot plates dissolve the fats and juices from the meat on contact, creating just the right amount of smoke and evaporation to flavour the meat to perfection. Weekend delivery is not available unless specially requested by telephone (at extra cost).
