DELIVERY NOTICE (1) once you have placed your order we will contact you to discuss a delivery day. Please be aware that we are unable to deliver at weekends and deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm. We can usually deliver within 10 days, although we ask customers to bear in mind that these products are hand-made. This can sometimes mean we have to catch up with back-orders, but we will inform you at the time of your order if any such delays are current
DELIVERY NOTICE (2) it is very important to note that deliveries are to your kerbside only; our heavy goods courier will not come on to your premises. You will therefore need to make provision for transporting the goods on to your premises on the day of delivery. When making such provision it is imperative to take in to account that these products are extremely heavy
