Stainless steel is notoriously corrosion resistant, but we do recommend that the torches are stored in a dry environment when not in use for prolonged periods; especially during the harshest autumn and winter months
SCREW FIT ASSEMBLY the simply screw fit shaft assembly means set-up within minutes. All you need is matches, paraffin, and some brawn to spike them in to the ground
SCREW-FIT TORCH HEADS it is possible to unscrew the torch units for storage, whilst leaving the spike shafts in situ
USE ANY TYPE OF BURNER FUEL the hardy 6mm cotton string wick will burn unrefined paraffin (yellow fuel) or refined lamp/torch oil (transparent fuel). Citronella oil can also be used
ECONOMICAL TO RUN two 5 litre bottles of paraffin (at an average current price of £ 6.50) will be more than enough fuel to run a 6- set for a year (based on normal domestic use)
CARE AND USAGE being made from stainless steel, the torches will endure being left outside during drier summer months. However, the torches are not suitable for exposure to heavy rain or general winter conditions |
