CARVED BY HAND each sphere is carefully sculptured by hand (from solid pieces of stone) to ensure consistency, durability and colour depth
REAL NATURAL SANDSTONE each sculpture is carved from real, solid sandstone rock. The resulting spheres are resistant to the most inclement weather conditions. Leave them outside all year round and they will endure, and age with grace
NATURAL COLOURS the variation of colour in each sphere is a natural feature of sandstone rock. Subtle colour variation within each ball is enhanced when the spheres are damp or wet, and this feature is not achievable in cheaper, cast products. As a result, no two spheres are the same, with each one having its own unique colour variation
NOT JUST ORNAMENTAL SCULPTURES we have many customers who use the spheres to restore or enhance gateways and walls
GRACEFUL AGING over time the surface of the spheres roughen and take on an their own antique appearance. You can choose not to interfere with the process, or periodically clean the stone with soapy water (and a kind brush) to rejuvenate the original colour click here to view an example of a sphere that has been left to age naturally

DELIVERY NOTICE (1) once you have placed your order we will contact you to discuss a delivery day. Please be aware that we are unable to deliver at weekends and deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm. We can usually deliver within 10 days, although we ask customers to bear in mind that these products are hand-made. This can sometimes mean we have to catch up with back-orders, but we will inform you at the time of your order if any such delays are current
DELIVERY NOTICE (2) it is very important to note that deliveries are to your kerbside only; our heavy goods courier will not come on to your premises. You will therefore need to make provision for transporting the goods on to your premises on the day of delivery. When making such provision it is imperative to take in to account that these products are extremely heavy |
