IMPORTANT - DELIVERY LEAD TIMES as you will discern the range of easi-ponds are large items and are very much a specialist product. This means we have to put each order in the production queue, and also schedule a "bulky goods" delivery company to transport ponds to their respective customers. This means that for all ponds from 183cm - 277cm diameter the delivery lead time is 28 days. These ponds are delivered on a pallet or a flat-bed lorry. All ponds from 76 - 152cm diameter are delivered by a more responsive "bulky items courier" and thus the lead time for delivery is less at 14 days. A further note of importance is that we can not allow cancellations or returns once your order has been placed, because the product is genuinely made-to-order, and standard mail order terms of supply do not apply
