DOUBLE-SKINNED the fire box is double-skinned to deal with the rigours of wood and charcoal burning. This is a product built to last
SEVERAL COOKING HEIGHTS the fire box has 5 parallel grill-slots to adjust the grill height to the perfect cooking temperature. Cook with complete control
STAINLESS STEEL ROTISSERIE use the rotisserie for those authentic roasts, smoked and cooked to perfection
INTELLI-VENT WITH ASH COLLECTION the barbecue draws air from the log store up to the fuel source and then on to the chimney. This creates a very efficient flue-effect for easier ignition, and reduces instances of incomplete combustion. Dispose of waste ash effortlessly by removing the collector drawer
HIGH GRADE STAINLESS STEEL the hood, fire box jacket, ash collection drawer, and cooking grill are made from high grade 304 brushed stainless steel for style and longevity
WOOD STORE the wood store will keep a dry fuel source conveniently to hand. The outer surface is rendered in hand-selected slate, enhancing its aesthetic appearance
DURABLE, READY-FINISHED SURFACES once erected the barbecue doesn't require any further finishing. The masonry and stone surfaces can be expected to last a lifetime, and can be jet-washed clean periodically. The stainless steel will require polishing occasionally to maintain its lustre
INSTALLATION each barbecue is delivered on a single (shrink-wrapped) pallet, and must be built by locking together approximately 10 sectional components. Predominantly the weight of the components hold the structure together, although most of the sections require fixing with fire cement or equivalent binding agent. Installation should be carried out by 2 people (minimum)
DIMENSIONS total height = 206cm; width of ground plinth = 96cm; mantel piece width (and total width) = 119cm; max barbecue depth from front to rear = 77cm; grill area = 58 x 40cm
