Provence Fountain - 2 Sizes

The Provence Fountain is not dissimilar to the public fountains seen in the many small villages in the French alps. The designs are graceful, harmonious, and (for the 1-tier version) we can understand the formative reference to grapes !

2-TIER - height = 170cm; diameter of bottom tier = 105cm

1-TIER - height = 115cm; diameter of tier = 105cm

COMPLETE KIT READY FOR INSTALLATION each fountain comes complete with pump and fittings for immediate installation

HAND-CAST MEDITERRANEAN STONE each fountain is cast by hand using mediterranean stone with added through-colour. This means the colour is in the stone itself, and can be expected to endure (if not improve) with time

HIDDEN PUMP the pump is hidden in the lower pillar, which has been hollowed-out to accommodate it. A stone pump hatch then slots in to place to conceal the pump, making it totally discrete

EFFECT/PRINCIPLE the lowest tier of the fountain acts as the reservoir, from where the water is continually recycled to the top pillar. From here the water serenely falls from tier-to-tier, creating a shower-like effect between the levels

INSTALLATION PRINCIPLE firstly the fountain should be built on meticulously flat, stabilised ground. The fountain is then erected section-by-section; the separate parts conveniently lock together, but still require the application of mortar glue (supplied). The full instructions will yield correct installation, but we must stress that good preparation and practical ability is required for a neat, level installation
